Lab 50 now 50 7.5 features a status reminder window for APM support contract expiration. As seen The information in the screenshot below, information window includes the APM ID, Support Expiration Date, and Status information = indicating how soon the expiration date is approaching .
The purpose of this screen is to help keep the retailer informed of any pending support contract renewals.

There are 3 different icons indicating the different statuses. They are The information contained in this window is sorted as follows:
Icon | Status | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Support Expired | The support contract for this APM has already expired. |
| Expires Today | The support contract for this APM expires today or in XX days. |
| OK | The expiration date for the support contract on this APM exceeds 30 days. |
To close the window and proceedproceed pst this informational screen, click the Close button and it will bring you to the Lab 50 Order screen.
