Lab 50 now features a status reminder window for APM support contract expiration. As seen in the screenshot below, information includes the APM ID, Support Expiration Date, and Status information indicating how soon the expiration date is approaching.

The purpose of this screen is to help keep the retailer informed of any pending support contract renewals.

The information contained in this window is sorted as follows:

Description

Support Expired

The support contract for this APM has already expired.

Expires Today
 or
Expires in XX Day(s)

The support contract for this APM expires today or in XX days.
(the range of XX is from 1 to 30.)

OK

The expiration date for the support contract on this APM exceeds 30 days.

To close the window and proceed, click the Close button and it will bring you to the Lab 50 Order screen.

To address any pending contract renewals, please contact your distributor or Lucidiom Sales representative.
