Thank you for purchasing the Lab 50 software from Lucidiom. This User’s Guide provides you with everything you will need to setup, customize and begin using Lab 50.

Lab 50 is an easy-to-use software application which provides a unique combination of robust photo-processing tools with an online backend that allows you to manage your digital orders. The scalable architecture of the software puts you in control of your digital imaging business and centralizes all aspects of your digital order processing and fulfillment.

Lab 50 software collects orders from your APM kiosks and your Photo Finale website and directs them to the proper channel for fulfillment. That channel can be a local printer of any type, an offsite printer or a third-party location. This streamlined order management system means an efficient and automated production workflow for your business.

Lab 50 will also allow you to standardize your products, pricing and programs—making ordering easier for consumers and allowing for improved execution by your staff. As well, retailer created products can be shared across both in-store APM kiosks and online Photo Finale experiences... effectively reducing the amount of time required to bring new products to market.

You can now take advantage of the same membership and discount programs you set up in Lab 50 across both kiosk and web. Consumer activity is automatically collected and stored in Lab 50.

While this manual covers a vast amount of information, not all of it will apply to every installation or setup. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with this manual, as it contains valuable information on all aspects of the Lab 50 software from the setup, configuration, and customization, to minilab and printer specific settings.

**Note: For APMs outside the US, please check with your local sales team or distributor for the correct access code, as this may differ from country to country and region to region.
