If a photo is being printed on all of your invoices generated from Lab 50, there may be a conflict with your loaded invoice logo image.
To resolve this issue, the invoice logo should be reset within Lab 50.
To change the invoice logo, please do the following:
- Access Store Management > Brand Settings and Logos.
- Select the brand you would like to edit, as there may be more than one, then click on the Logos tab to edit the logo used for your brand.
- Select the Invoice Logo option within the logos listing, then click the Change button and locate the file on your hard drive.
- Select to Save the Changes, then restart Lab 50.
