If a photo is being printed on all of your invoices generated from Lab 50, there may be a conflict with your loaded invoice logo image.

To resolve this issue, the invoice logo should be reset within Lab 50.

To change the invoice logo, please do the following:

  1. Access Store Management > Brand Settings and Logos.
  2. Select the brand you would like to edit, as there may be more than one, then click on the Logos tab to edit the logo used for your brand.
  3. Select the Invoice Logo option within the logos listing, then click the Change button and locate the file on your hard drive.
  4. Select to Save Changes, then restart Lab 50.
