For info on how to add products please refer to the following wiki page.:

Step 3: Configuring the product to print

There are a couple ways to set this up based upon what other products of the same size are setup and configured to print.

Method 1: Using an Already Configured Product as Alternate Fulfillment ID Within the Product Settings.

  1. Once the desired localized products have been added to the appropriate category, double click on the product to edit the product settings
  2. Set the price
  3. change the name and description as needed
  4. Set the Render mode (JPEG or PDF)
  5. under the ID Option tab, you can set it to send as existing product ID that is already configured. If there are other products and/or sizes that output as the same size and file type, then enter the Product ID in the ID (optional) field to help expedite the setup.

Note on using the ID (Optional) field.

If you enter an ID in the ID optional field, this assumes that the product ID entered is already setup fully in the setup wizard for the print server to print correctly. If there are no other products setup appropriately, then the product added needs to be setup in the setup wizard if the print server is to be used for fulfillment.

Method 2: Adding the Localized Product to Print- Complete Print Server Setup

  1. Once the desired localized products have been added to the appropriate category, double click on the product to edit the product settings
  2. Set the price
  3. change the name and description as needed
  4. Set the Render mode (JPEG or PDF)
  5. Go to the Settings->Fulfillment->Print Server area
  6. Click on the Setup Wizard
  7. Add the same products you added in the Product Catalog to the Products Printed Here section
  8. In the Product Matrix area, Assign the Products to the appropriate printer interface
  9. If the printer interface requires mapping a specific product to a particular print channel, paper magazine, output folder, etc. Go into the printer interface and configure the product as necessary within the interface

Configuring the Products to Print using the Print Server

if there are no other similar products already setup, then it will be necessary to use the 2nd Method and completely setup the products within the Setup Wizard and within the particular Printer interface. Each printer interface has different settings.
