Adding the products to your catalog using myLab:

In myLab, navigate to the category or subcategory where you want the product and click Add Products...search for the product(s) to add and check the box–find and select repeatedly until you have all the products you want, then click the Add button. If you miss one, go back through Product Catalog back to your category and click Add Products again, otherwise the first batch you add will get added again (if this happens, you can just delete by clicking the X next to each).

How to find products to add

Search in myLab or, for a list with product dimensions and thumbnails, use this list (copy the product ID and use that in myLab) https://secure.photofinale.com/support/marketing/productlist/MasterProductList.htm

Adding products using Lab 50:

This method is a bit slower and requires 2 steps: enabling, then adding.

There is one circumstance where you should use Lab 50 instead of myLab...and that is if you first offered a product as third-party fulfilled, but have decided instead to print it in-house.  If you try to just add the "Print Server" or "IPI Content" (ie, locally fulfilled) product in myLab, the fulfiller will keep reverting to the third party. The solution is to use Lab 50 and enable the product. Then, you can ADD that product to the desired category using either Lab 50 or myLab.

  1. Click on Store Management > Product Catalog.
  2. Select the "All Products" folder at the top of the list on the left panel.
  3. For each product you would like to offer, highlight the product in the list on the right panel by left-clicking on it (*CTRL click to select multiples).
  4. Right-click on the highlighted line and choose Enable the selected product. You will see a green light to indicate it is enabled.

5. In Lab 50, right-click the category or subcategory where you want the product and click Add Product...wait for the popup, then check the product(s) to add.
