Can I import emails that subscribed on Constant Contact, that do not have an account?
Yes. you can paste them in the Manual Entry box. They can be listed one per line, or separated by semi-colons.
Can people subscribe without having an account?
Yes.
Do I pay based off of emails sent, or users in my database?
The counts are counting emails sent, not size of the customer list.
Fee says I pay by emails. If I skip a month and don't email do I pay for that month?
Don't send emails for a whole month?!
