Customer Segments Available

You can set dates, as well as values represented below by "X" 

  1. Online Customers - Customers who have placed orders online between the specified dates.
  2. ustomers who have placed orders on kiosks between the specified dates.
  3. iOS App Customers - Customers who have placed orders in your Pocket Pics iOS app between the specified dates.
  4. Registered Members - Registered members who have placed orders online between the specified dates.
  5. Registered Members of Plan X - Registered members of the specified plan who have placed orders online between the specified dates.
  6. Logged In Since X - Registered members who have logged in after the specified date.
  7. Not Logged In Since X - Registered members who have not logged in since the specified date.
  8. Spent More Than $X Online - Customers who have spent more than the specified amount online between the specified dates.
  9. Customers who have spent more than the specified amount on the kiosk between the specified dates.
  10. Placed More Than X Orders - Customers who have placed more than the specified number orders online between the specified dates.
  11. Customers who have placed more than the specified number of orders on kiosks between the specified dates.
  12. Placed In-Store Pickup Order - Customers who have placed an order (online or iOS) for in-store pickup between the specified dates.

How do I edit an html message?

Can I import emails that subscribed on Constant Contact, that do not have an account? 

No. 

 

Can people subscribe without having an account? 

A subscribe feature is coming soon!  But, keep in mind that your customer list is not only members–customers enter their email with each order, and all those emails are contained in your list segments. 


Do I pay based off of emails sent, or users in my database?

The counts are counting emails sent, not size of the customer list.

 

Fee says I pay by emails. If I skip a month and don't email do I pay for that month?

Don't send emails for a whole month?!  We have structured this feature as a subscription service, so there is a base rate for up to 3000 emails sent.  This will give you an incentive to use it up and get those emails out there! 

 

How does unsubscribe work? 

When someone unsubscribes, we put them on a special list for your account.  We check that list every time you send a message, and if they are on it, we don't send to them.  We also keep a list for bounces and do the same thing there.  

 

What is counted for the "update contact count" button and how are emails counted?

The "update contact count" button counts the selected list plus any emails entered into the manual box.  As far as how emails are counted for billing, any duplicates, invalid and obviously bogus addresses are filtered out of that total list ahead of time, so those do not count against your number of sent emails.
