If the display has been rotated on your monitor, we'll need to access the properties of your graphics card driver to resolve the problem.
First, access the Start Menu > Settings > Control Panel, then open the Intel(R) GMA Driver, or something named similarly.
In the drivers, select Display Settings, and set the rotation to 0 degrees. You can also uncheck the box to allow for rotation.
