Thanks for participating in the EQ Gifting program.

The Lucidiom Downloader is used to download the files you need for the kiosk(s) to offer gift products. The latest product guide is included in the installer as well as on the Release Notes page of this documentation space.

You are able to track the current status of any submitted orders using login credentials specific to your account. These credentials were supplied in your setup email. The website to track gift orders is the following:

The attached document, TechNotes--EQ_Gifting_Configuration_10-09-08.pdf, contains information on using the Lucidiom Downloader to download the files and install them on your kiosk(s). The document also contains information on setting up the gift products and pricing on your kiosk as well as tracking orders.

Two items to note specifically, as these are the most common issues we see with EQ Gifting:

  • One very important part of the setup process is to make sure that in the Setup Wizard, your Store Name is set exactly as displayed in your setup email and that the other details in the Store Location section are completed. Failure to complete information in all fields will cause lost or delayed orders.
  • As soon as your products are setup on the kiosk, orders that are placed will be processed. You may choose to password-protect order submission from the kiosk to provide some level of safeguard against unintended orders. (See the TechNotes for details.)

Once the gifts are installed on the kiosk, any orders that you place will be processed and shipped back to the store or customer based upon your settings in the Setup Wizard.
