Lab 50 now features a status reminder window for APM support contract expiration. As seen in the screenshot below, information includes the APM ID, Support Expiration Date, and Status information indicating how soon the expiration date is approaching.
The information contained in this window is sorted as follows:
Sorting Category | Icon | Status | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
1 | Support Expired | The support contract for this APM has already expired. | |
2 | Expires Today | The support contract for this APM expires today or in XX days. | |
| OK | The expiration date for the support contract on this APM exceeds 30 days. |
Even if an APM has a contract support expired, the software can continue to run once extended.
There is also a warning on the APMs themselves that appears as well.
