The information in the window includes the window indicates approaching expiration dates for APM technical service contracts listed by APM ID, Support Expiration Date, and Status = indicating how soon the expiration date is approaching for the service contract.
There are 3 different three icons indicating the different statuses. which indicate the length of time remaining before contract expiration. They are as follows:
Icon | Status | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Support Expired | The support contract for this APM has already expired. |
| Expires Today | The support contract for this APM expires today or in XX days. |
| OK | The expiration date for the support contract on this APM exceeds 30 days. |
To proceed pst past this informational screen, click the Close button and it will bring you to the Lab 50 Order screenthe Close button.
