The information window indicates approaching expiration dates for APM technical service contracts listed by APM ID, Support Expiration Date, and Status information indicating how soon the expiration date is approaching.
The information contained in this window is sorted
There are three icons which indicate the length of time remaining before contract expiration. They are as follows:
Icon | Status | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Support Expired | The support contract for this APM has already expired. |
| Expires Today | The support contract for this APM expires today or in XX days. |
| OK | The expiration date for the support contract on this APM exceeds 30 days. |
To proceed past this informational screen, click the Close button.
