That said, we have received word of a fix involving a third party tool (we have tested and it does appear to work).  We do not support the third party tool and I am only bringing it up in case you would like to apply it to your kiosks at your it is installed on the kiosks at the customer's own risk. The software is called CopyTransDriversInstaller.exe and can be found at CNET.  Simply install on the kiosk and it should correct the iPhone issue. 

The more permanent fix is to update the Operating System on the kiosk to Windows 7 or 8 which are unaffected.
