You can view and make modifications to existing members and customers (guest orders) through the Members tab of Lab 50.

Accessing an Existing Account:

To view/modify an existing user, search for the customer by entering one or more of the following available fields into the search box

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Company
  • Customer Number (optional)
  • Nickname

The search index will work with partial-word matches, however the match must come at the beginning of the word.

For example, searching for a customer Jenny Jones (jjones@gmail.com), with the following terms:
(tick) jen
(tick) jenny
(tick) jones
(tick) jenny jones
(tick) jen jones
(tick) jjones
(tick) jjones@gmail.com
(error) gmail.com
(error) jones@gmail.com

Once you have located the account you would like to modify, double-click on the listing to access the member's settings. Under the Product Credits tab, you can add/edit/remove product credits for this particular member account.

Viewing Account Details:

Once you have found the account you would like to modify, you can double-click on the member to access the member's settings or highlight the account and click the Open the selected member option on the left panel.

Once you are in the account details page, you can perform the following tasks:

  • Edit the customer contact information
  • Change the start date for a membership plan
  • Change the membership plan associated with the customer
  • View and/or change the member's login password
  • Add product credits to the account
  • Modify the credit entry
  • Delete the credit entry
  • Add dollar amount credits to the account
  • Modify the dollar amount credit entry
