- Download: Downloads the order from Lucidiom's storage server.
- Export: Exports the order to the Output Folder.
- Print Invoice: Prints the invoice for the order on the default printer specified in Windows.
- Burn CD/DVD: Burns order to CD or DVD. If the order contains a CD or DVD product and Back Lab Burner is loaded and configured to be used, it will burn the Image CD and/or DVD based on the settings in the Fulfillment section for Back Lab Burner.
- Charge Payment: Charges payment using the payment processing account. For this to work, you must have an active processor account configured for use within Lab 50.
- Purge: Removes the order from the Orders screen.
- Cancel: Cancels the order and updates the order status icon in the upper-left corner of the order.
- Complete: Moves an order to the Completed queue and triggers the Order Complete email being sent to your customer (if configured to do so).
- Mark as Printed: Moves an order from the New screen to the Printed screen to make it easy to see which orders still need to be processed.
- Purge: Removes the Mark as New: Moves an order from the Printed screen to the Orders screen New screen.
- Re-route: If your store offers multiple pick-up locations and each location uses its own copy of Lab 50 for processing orders, you can re-route a web order for processing at another location. This option is particularly useful if one location is undergoing printer maintenance. Once you have selected to re-route an order, Lab 50 will display all configured store locations.
- Sort by: Sorts all of the orders in the Order screen using the selected menu option.
- Select All: Selects all of the orders and highlights them in blue so you can apply a single action to multiple orders at the same time.
