IPI Content is meant to be locally fulfilled. 3rd party products from our Marketplace partners will be fulfilled at their facility.

Verifying that IPI Content is Being Offered on Your Site

In myLab, look at your product list. Under fulfillment...

...

  • Blue text - indicates that it is locally-fulfilled supplier (IPI in this case) content. (+ PF standard content)
  • Black text - indicates that only PF standard content is shown for that product
  • Green text - indicates this it a third-part fulfilled product

Adding IPI Content

To offer the IPI content, we need to give you access to that catalog. To check if you have access:

...

In Lab 50, click Store Mgmt > Product Catalog and look under your Supplier Catalogs list in the left sidebar menu

To add products, myLab is quicker. Do this: click Add Products and search for a product, you will see it listed twice if there is IPI Content for it. You could see it more times if you have a supplier (3rd party) catalog enabled.

...

  • If you add the first one, labelled PRINTSERVER, then just the PF standard content will show.
  • If you add the second one, labelled IPI Content, then when users click that item, both the PF standard AND the IPI Content will show.
  • If you offer 3rd-party-fulfilled products, then that company's name will be listed, such as LA Cameras, PF-Prestige Fulfillment, Unforgettable Memories, etc.
  • There is no reason to add more than one of the same product to your site.
  • If you have a product on your site that is showing "Print Server" (myLab) (or black text in Lab 50), and you know there is IPI content for it, then add the IPI Content version of the product and remove the Print Server version. There is no way to "switch" it.

Jot down the APM ID number... this is the PRODUCT ID that you will search for in myLab to find that exact product. Searching by name will also work, but the product ID is exact.
