We can remotely access your kiosk, here's what you need to do on the kiosk or Lab 50 you need help with to put it in our queue to be able to connect to it:
- In a web browser navigate to https://www.photofinale.com/911/
- Click "Download Remote Support".
- Launch the software and when prompted for details use the password 2486.
