- If you don't find something exactly the same, look for something that is the size (or aspect) you need. You can rename any product, and change the image and description associated with that product... in effect, converting it into what you need. For prints, you just need to make sure it's the right size, and that you aren't using it elsewhere on your site. Same thing for creative products, but additionally, you will want to add it to your site and try it first, to check that the styles offered make sense for your product.
- Add/adjust the safe and danger zones for that product. You can edit the labels, so perhaps for your product "trim area" or "wrapped edge" makes more sense. Remember, the output size/aspect is what is important, along with how the product is presented on the site. The icons/thumbs you can adjust, but the styles and layout you cannot. Safe zones are adjusted per-product in myLab.
- Add the product to your Folio Rendering file in order to tweak the output dimensions or placement on the output "canvas". This files is called apmconfig_folio_rendering.xml and is located in the Lab 50 computer here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Lucidiom Lab 50\Tools\FolioServer You can sometimes get away with a slight adjustment to the aspect, but this is helpful if you need to print the output in the middle of a blank sheet for product purposes. For the "target products" make sure to use the Product ID, unless you have set a fulfillment ID, then use the Fulfillment ID.
- Contact support. We can duplicate products, and adjust min/max pages, and some output details, to suit many needs. We can also help you find a product and in some cases, create a new master product for you to use.
