Many customers mistakenly believe that in order to upload photos from their photo library on macOS, they need to launch the Photos app, select the photo(s) they wish to upload and export them to their computer desktop so that they can then access them from the upload page on the PF Web site. This is not the case.
Customers using macOS can access their entire photo library, including iCloud Photo Library images, directly from the file picker.
After clicking the "+ Add Photos" button on the Upload page of the website, the should select the "Photos" source located in the left-hand column of the file picker.
Depending upon the size of the file picker dialog, they may need to scroll the left-hand column down in order to see this option.
