If the option to backup kiosk orders is checked, they will be available for a period of time on the designated folder that you have setup in Lab 50.
The order should still be available on your LAB 50 machine in C:\Program Files\Lucidiom Lab 50 7.0\Import\Backup, assuming you have used the default installation paths for the software. If you have your orders imported into a different folder, which you can check by accessing Settings > Order Management > Importing in Lab 50, then the backup folder will be within that folder.
Simply copy and paste the order folder into the import directory C:\Program Files\Lucidiom Lab 50 7.0\Import to reimport the order into LAB 50.
This should happen when Lab 50 is closed to prevent Lab 50 from attempting to immediately import the orders while it is still copying, as this is prone to happen with large orders.
