Sales reports can be generated with information regarding online sales by product, detailed order sales, registered members, or sales by sub-account. To specify the location to store reports and the output type, access Settings > Reporting > General. Available formats for the report output type include: Excel, XML file with report data, CSV (comma delimited), TIFF file, Acrobat (PDF) file, or Web Archive.
General Report Settings
Once you have configured the output location and type settings, access Store Management > Reports to generate the reports.
**Note: The list may take a minute or two to update as it is polling the database to collect the information. Once the information has been exported, the window will update in a list form as shown. You can double-click on a report to open it, or you can access them by navigating to the path specified in the report configuration window and open them as a normal Windows file.
