If the lab has more than one location, these additional locations may be configured as alternate pick-up locations via Lab 50. Store location information is configured via Store Management > Store Locations. Open the location you would like to edit by double-clicking on it, or click on the option Create a new location to add a new store listing to the website.

Once the location information window opens, you will be prompted to enter a name for the location, the store phone and fax numbers, the physical address, and any additional information the store would like to include such as hours of operation.

Sample Store Entry

Available store information fields include the following:

  • Name: The name to display for the location.
  • Store Number: This can be used to designate stores using a number for each store.
  • Address: Street Address for the location. Click the Change button to add/edit the address.
  • Fax: Fax Number for customer contact.
  • Email: Email for customer contact.
  • Hours/Info: Hours of operation per store location.
  • Enabled: Mark the location as active.
  • Deleted: Mark the location as deleted.
