Q: My order fails to print. What might be causing this?
A: If an order is failing to print and you have recently added new products to your kiosk offerings, you may need to do some additional configuration in the Setup Wizard of Lab 50 in order for the product to print. Please reference the appropriate Printer Interface Guide for your setup and follow the steps to confirm your new products are completely configured.
If you have not added new products or have confirmed that everything is already configured, double-check your network or USB connection(s) as applicable for your printer type.
Q: I'm getting an Order Provisioning error whenever Lab 50 tries to download a web order or import a kiosk order. How can I get the order?
A: If you are not using the latest version of Lab 50, you will want to update to make sure it has the latest product information available for processing. This is especially true if you have recently updated your APM software as each release generally includes several new products which you will not be able to configure for processing if you are using an older version of Lab 50.
Back Lab Burner
Q: I followed the steps for installing Back Lab Burner, but my drive is not being recognized by the Back Lab Burner software even though it shows up correctly in Lab 50. How do I fix it?
A: If the drive is able to read and burn CD/DVDs in Windows, additional drivers may need to be installed on the unit to get the drive recognized by the Back Lab Burner software. Confirm the drive is functioning properly in Windows, then contact support for additional assistance.
