Thanks for participating in the EQ Gifting program.
We have set up your Lucidiom Downloader to have access to download the files you need for the kiosk(s) you indicated on the sign-up form (APM IDs) to offer the gift products.
We have also set up your account for tracking gift orders:

- There are two documents attached to this email to further assist you:
1. TechNotes--EQ_Gifting_Configuration_10-09-08.pdf contains instructions for how to use the Lucidiom Downloader to download the files and install them on your kiosk(s). The document also contains information about how to set up the gift products/pricing on your kiosk and how to track orders on the website mentioned above.
Two items to note specifically, as these are the most common issues we see with EQ Gifting:
- One very important part of the setup process is to make sure that in the Setup Wizard, your Store Name is set exactly to (STORE NAME HERE FROM APMMANAGEMENT SITE) and that the other details in the Store Location are completed accurately. Failure to fill these fields accurately will cause lost or delayed orders.
- As soon as your products are set up on the kiosk, orders that are placed will be processed. You may choose to password-protect order submission from the kiosk to provide some level of safeguard against unintended orders. (See the TechNotes for details.)
2. The other attachment, EQGifting.pdf, is a program guide and product catalog that contains retailer pricing information and fulfillment turnaround times for the gifts. You may have already received this attachment, from your sales rep, but if not, please keep this one for reference.
This site is live so any order that you place will be processed and shipped back to the store or customer based upon your setup that you have configured.
