CustomerName,

We have created a patch that will remove the 2009 calendar content from an APM kiosk running version 7 software. This much requested utility will automatically delete all 2009 calendar content that was included in the 2009.1 Creative Content release.

**Note: If you have 12x12 and/or 12x18 calendar products enabled on your APM, they may disappear after running this tool because there will be no content remaining for those sizes. The exception to this is if you have created/installed your own calendar content or purchased calendar content in those sizes from one of our Design Alliance partners.

With that in mind, the tool can be downloaded here:

http://www.lucidiom.com/support/Templates/Lucidiom2009CalendarRemover.zip

Download the file directly onto the kiosk and follow these steps:

1. Close the APM Software by accessing the administrative screen (touch in the bottom, left-hand corner of the main screen) and enter your code, then select Quit APM Software.

2. Find the APM Hardware Attendant icon in the taskbar near the clock and double-click on it.

3. When the Hardware Attendant windows opens, click on the Quit button in the bottom, right corner.

4. Download and install WinZip from the following location: http://download2.winzip.com/winzip121.exe

5. Once installed, right-click on Lucidiom2009CalendarRemover.zip select "Extract to here"

6. Open the folder labeled Lucidiom 2009 Calendar Remover and double-click on Setup.exe.

7. When finished, restart the machine.
