Proofing Gallery Overview

Our Proofing Gallery system is designed for professional photographers to store and share photos from shoots and to present them to clients for proofing and easy print and creative product purchase. If you shoot studio work or event photography, a Proofing Gallery will give you a polished way to show clients proofs, and an easy way to take orders for your professional prints and products. And, your Lab 50 can support multiple Proofing Gallery sites, so if you have pro photographers or artists who want to fulfill through you, you can offer them their own, branded site that is seamlessly connected to your printing and fulfillment services.

Proofing Gallery sites feature:

Proofing Gallery Site Types & Options

  • Standard Proofing Gallery Site
  • PFSR Proofing Gallery Site (Single Page)
    • PFSR Proofing Gallery example site: https://pfphotography.photofinale.com. 
    • This is an enhanced (single page “pfsr”) proofing gallery. The upgrade could be done at the outset or at a later date. The upgrade can either have a subdomain as above, or a custom domain. (Please see this list for naming restrictions.) Also, same % revenue share as the main PF.
  • PFE Proofing Gallery Site (Multi Page)
    • Proofing Galleries can also have multiple pages (this would be a "PFE" upgrade). 

  • Proofing Gallery Storage Options
    • Choice 1: Proofing Gallery sites can have unlimited uploads and storage for 90 days. (The event will expire 90 days after creation and associated photos will be removed from the system.) 
    • Choice 2: Many photographers choose to upgrade to the permanent and unlimited storage plan for a monthly fee.

Traditional Subaccount Sites

For businesses that require a full consumer photo storage and ordering site, such as a church, charity, school, framing shop, or other partner, we offer Photo Finale Subaccount sites. These are full PF sites (offered as either standard, PFSR or PFE) and feed into a parent dealer's Lab 50 for production. They offer all the same settings you are familiar with through your own Photo Finale site (pickup options, catalog settings, payment, branding, reporting, promos, etc.). There is no monthly fee for subaccounts, only a flat, upfront fee + revenue share is the same as your main PF site. You manage the account from your existing Lab 50 and orders come into your Lab 50 for production.
