Apple has released an iOS update which will require the installation of the latest Apple drivers on the kiosk in order for the cable connect method to work successfully.  

If your location also uses the wireless Mobile Transfer App from us, a few extra steps are necessary.

 

Please do the following:

 

1. On the kiosk, access the Control Panel and click the Uninstall a program option:

 

2. Select the Bonjour SDK program and select Uninstall; then follow the prompts:

 3. Once that is done download and install the latest available Apple drivers from this link: https://secure.photofinale.com/support/files/CopyTransDriversInstaller2041.exe.  This installer will work in two parts.  First it will uninstall the currently installed version of the Apple drivers from the system and then it will prompt you to OK the second part of the installation which installs the current version.

4. If you use the APM Kiosk Transfer App, there's more.  Installing the latest Apple drivers will cause the Mobile Transfer App to stop working.  The last step then is to re-install the Mobile Transfer Server which can be downloaded from here:https://secure.photofinale.com/support/downloads/PhotoKioskTransferServer_1.5.1.0_Setup.exe 

 

The kiosk should now be able to connect to iPhones via Cable Connect or using APM Kiosk Mobile Transfer App.
