If the option to backup kiosk orders is checked, they will be available for a period of time on the designated folder that you have setup in Lab 50.

This should happen when Lab 50 is closed to prevent Lab 50 from attempting to immediately import the orders while it is still copying, as this is prone to happen with large orders.Regards,
