You can make modifications to existing user accounts through the Members Section.

Accessing an Existing Account:

At the top right of the corner, use the search field by entering a part of the account name. Search for the account that you want to access. You can search the customer name, nickname, email, city or phone number. If your search results in multiple member accounts listings, you can sort the list by clicking on the top of each column. For example, if you want to sort by City, you will then click on “City” column.

Note: one of the best options if you are not sure is to enter only the @ symbol since the accounts require an email
address.

Viewing Account Details:

Once you have found the account you want to work with, highlight the account and click on “Open the selected member” option from the left.

Once you are in account details page, you can also perform the
following tasks:

  • Add product credits to the account
  • Modify the credit entry
  • Delete the credit entry
