You can make modifications to existing user accounts through the Members Section tab of Lab 50.

Accessing an Existing Account:

At the top right of the corner, use the search field by entering a part of the account name. Search To modify an existing account, search for the account that you want to access. You can search the customer name, nickname, email, city or phone number. If your search results in multiple member accounts listings, you can sort the list by clicking on the top of each column. For example, if you want to sort by City, you will then click on “City” column.would like to edit by typing in part of the customer's name or email address, then click on the magnifying glass icon.

Once you have located the account you would like to modify, double-click on the listing to access the member's settings. Under the Product Credits tab, you can add/edit/remove product credits for this particular member account.

**Note: To generate a list of all current members, do a search for an @ symbol, as all user accounts require an email Note: one of the best options if you are not sure is to enter only the @ symbol since the accounts require an email
address.

Viewing Account Details:

Once you have found the account you want would like to work with, modify, you can double-click on the member to access the member's settings or highlight the account and click on “Open the Open the selected member”member option from on the left panel.

Once you are in the account details page, you can also perform the
following tasks:

  • Edit the customer contact information
  • Change the start date for a membership plan
  • Change the membership plan associated with the customer
  • View and/or change the member's login password
  • Add product credits to the account
  • Modify the credit entry
  • Delete the credit entry
