Proofing Gallery Site Types & Options

• Standard Proofing Gallery SiteProofing Gallery Base Site 
  • Standard Proofing Gallery example site: https://pfevents.photofinale.com     
  • This level site can have a .photofinale.com or  or .prestigeproofs.com subdomain.  subdomain. (Please see this list for naming restrictions.) This site price is a $250 one-time fee and the same % revenue as your main PF site.
• PFSR Proofing Gallery Upgrade OptionSite (Single Page)
  • PFSR Proofing Gallery example site: https://pfphotography.photofinale.com. 
  • Proofing Galleries can also have multiple pages (this would be a "PFE" upgrade).
  • This is an upgraded enhanced (single page “pfsr”) proofing gallery. This is an additional $500. The upgrade could be done at the outset or at a later date. The upgrade can either have a subdomain as above, or a custom domain (you purchase domain, we do SSL $50/yr). . (Please see this list for naming restrictions.) Also, same % revenue share as the main PF.Read more about the upgrade options here.

• Proofing Gallery Storage Options
  • Choice 1: Proofing Gallery sites can have unlimited uploads and storage for 90 days. (The event will expire 90 days after creation and associated photos will be removed from the system.) 
  • Choice 2 (most popular): Many photographers choose to upgrade to the permanent and unlimited storage plan for $50/montha monthly fee.

Traditional Subaccount Sites

For businesses that require a full consumer photo storage and ordering site, such as a church, charity, school, framing shop, or other partner, we offer Photo Finale Subaccount sites. These are full PF sites (offered as either standard, PFSR or PFE) and feed into a parent dealer's Lab 50 for production. They offer all the same settings you are familiar with through your own Photo Finale site (pickup options, catalog settings, payment, branding, reporting, promos, etc.). $250/site, There is no monthly fee for subaccounts, only a flat, upfront fee + revenue share is the same as your main PF site. You manage the account from your existing Lab 50 and orders come into your Lab 50 for production.
