  • Offer Quick Autofill option for Free-Form-Layout Styles: This option will allow the customer to select to use the photo aspect to fit each image into the layouts of a product rather than zooming in on the photo and fitting to the specified image dimensions.
  • Require Employee Approval for Folio Orders: When this option is enabled, the kiosk software prompts for the order approval passcode after a Folio order has been completed. See the "Passcodes & Order Limits" section of chapter 6 for details on setting up this passcode.

**Note: Photo folio templates are not viewable in the Setup Wizard at this time.

Render Products

APM version 8 introduces new rendering options for folio products for customers that process orders through Lab 50.

  • At Kiosk: This is the default configuration for rendering, and selecting the option to render products at kiosk will generate the output previously used by older versions of the APM software. Customer images and text are combined with overlay artwork and backgrounds then flattened into the final format for processing.
  • At Lab 50: Rendering products at Lab 50 will allow a lab to separate photos from the final product for color correction or other editing, then have Lab 50 assemble the images and content into the final product.
  • Support Both: This option will send over a rendered copy of the final product as well as all of the individual files necessary to assemble the product independently of the APM software. This option gives labs the most flexibility for editing.
