You are receiving this email because you currently own a Lucidiom EQ-9850 printer. We have recently sent your store a replacement hard drive for the printer. This replacement contains a newer version of the operating system used by the printer, and is also designed to give better access to configuration settings via a new web-based interface. We highly recommend you install this upgrade as soon as possible. The entire installation process takes less than an hour.The directions below detail removal and replacement of the hard drive for an EQ-9800 and/or 9850 printer. This should only be done as directed by Lucidiom Technical Support.
Note: Please keep all materials, including the box and padding, as this will be used to return the original hard drive using the provided shipping label.
