Configuration will be is done in Lab 50 on the Application Settings screen in a new "Service Charge" groupbox.

On the checkout page, an additional line should be is added to the Order Summary, called "Service Charge". The Service Charge should be is located in between "Discount" and "Shipping".
If the Service Charge value is $0 (because it's configured as such or the customer has satisfied it), the line should be is omitted from display.
