If you are experiencing issues with the Folio content, we recommend that you do a fresh installation of the 2009.1 content set. The instructions are as follows:

1. If you do not have it already, download the full 4-disc 2009.1 content set from the Lucidiom Downloader. To do so, run the Lucidiom Downloader, and download the highlighted items in the screenshot below. You can get the Lucidiom Downloader here:

2.Once all four downloads have finished, extract the contents of each of the ZIP files. This will provide you with four folders with the content installation programs. If you do not have an extraction utility, or have problems extracting the files, do the following:

a) Download and install WinZip from the following location: http://download2.winzip.com/winzip121.exe
b) Once installed, right-click on each of the ZIP files you downloaded and select "Extract to here".

3. With the kiosk software closed, go to C:\APM_FOLDERS\Packages, and delete the directory labeled "folio content".

4. Open the disc 1 folder, and run setup.exe. When finished, repeat for discs 2-4. This will reinstall all of the 2009.1 base content on the machine.

7. Restart the machine when finished.
