- Close the APM Software and Hardware attendant so all APM related applications are no longer running.
- Navigate to C:\APM
- Locate the apmconfig_apm.xml file and then make a backup copy of this before editing. This copycopy copy can be saved in another location or renamed to something else.
Ex. from apmconfig_dock_copy1apm.xml to apmconfig_dockapm_copy.BAK or similar. - On the original file, apmconfig_apm.xml, right click on it and open it in Notepad or similar text editor such as Notepad++.
To default to matte finish on the kiosk add the following tag to a fulfillment in apmconfig_apm.xml:
default_finish_option="true"
