Two items to note specifically, as these are the most common issues we see with EQ Gifting: - One very important part of the setup process is to make sure that in the Setup Wizard, your Store Name is set exactly as displayed in your setup email and that the other details in the Store Location section are completed. Failure to complete information in all fields will cause lost or delayed orders.
- As soon as your products are setup on the kiosk, orders that are placed will be processed. You may choose to password-protect order submission from the kiosk to provide some level of safeguard against unintended orders. (See the TechNotes for details.)

Once the gifts are installed on the kiosk, any orders that you place will be processed and shipped back to the store or customer based upon your settings in the Setup Wizard.
