With the receipt printer door released use screw to remove the two screws that secure the roller assembly as shown below: | |
Step 5-- Remove /Replace the Controller Board (Optional and only if necessary) |

There are three screws that secure the controller board to the receipt printer chassis. Please note the same requirement applies to the removal of the controller board as it does to the print head removal in step 3 which is; Both ribbon cables that run from the thermal receipt printer mechanical head to the controller board have to be removed before removing any of those components. See images below for the location of the three screws: |
