If the file appears to be empty, replace your existing copy with the one found attached to this email or Web Page below. You will need to re-enter your lab 50 login credentials upon replacing this file.  This includes entering your proper dealer code.  To enter your dealer code click the Switch Accounts button on the log-in page.

Next, for any orders you still need to print, you will need to re-import them into lab 50 by copying them from If there are any greyed out kiosk orders that are not printable they will have to be re-imported into the system to correct the issue.  The way to do that is to copy the orders from the backup folder (default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Lucidiom Lab 50\Import\Backup to ) and drop them in the Import folder (default C:\Program Files (x86)\Lucidiom Lab 50550\Import while the Lab 50 software is closed. Once you have done this, they will show up as if the orders were just placed on the units, and all new orders should work properly.

Note, if you cannot locate the import/backup folders in the default location you can find the specified path in LAB 50 by going to Settings>Order Management>Importing and it is listed under Temporary Download Location.
