If this is still true there are items from each catalog we want to offer our customers. Please go ahead and add all of the catalogs and we will activate the products we would like to offer.

Q: Is there a way to make it so every Prestige product requires payment thru our Stripe.com account?
A: Yes, a few options:

  1. The most secure method is to require prepayment on all online orders, then it doesn't matter what the delivery settings are. This setting will apply to all your products–no matter if they are in-house or outlab.
  2. However, if you want to require that Prestige be prepaid no matter if they are picked up or shipped, while still allowing your in-house items to be paid at time of pickup, then...

Q: How do I turn off Prestige orders from being picked up in the store and just force them to be shipped?

Q: Can we make it so customers can pay at the kiosk using Stripe.com when their order contains a Prestige item?

Q: It seems as if there are 2 categories of products–home/gift, and business/marketing. Is there a way to differentiate these so customers will have an easy way to navigate to products best suited to them? 

A: Using a PFSR site with front-end navigation and marketing will guide the user. If you are using the standard site, you can customize the category names to communicate to the user.

Q: How do we pay you for these products?

A: A requirement of the program is that we have a credit card on file. We do this because we bill you for the wholesale cost when the item ships, rather than on a monthly-invoice basis. The revenue share amount is not billed then, however, that will be included in your regular monthly invoice.

Q: When will these catalogs be available? 

A: Please let your salesmen know that you would like to have these catalogs, and which ones. We will put you in the queue to add them. Once added, we will contact you to ask if you'd like us to import or add them on your own. If you choose to import, you should be prepared to set aside some time to adjust the catalog and products to fit what you want to offer. We plan to start on the queue by the end of August 2018. After this time, we will add the catalogs as-requested, with usually just a few days' turnaround.
