The Rush Order Charge is a simple, dealer-enabled option that customers are presented with during checkout, as part of the Checkout Options page.
Configuration
Configuration of the option is done in Lab 50 > Store Management > Application Settings > Ordering, in a new "Rush Charge" groupbox.

- Amount. A number spinner, similar to the one used in the Service Charge section.
- Rush Charge Label. The name used for this fee, defaults to "Rush Fee". (currently max of 32 characters)
- Rush Charge Description. A multi-line text field with space for a maximum of 1024 characters. (Optional)
- Notification Email. A text field accepting an email address to be notified when a rush order is placed. (Optional)
